Business is booming at HLP and we are recruiting for 3 essential roles. All 3 are permanent and full time, primarily based out of our Hednesford premises. Some travel throughout the UK is required.

Everyone in the HLP team works with clients, so a positive can do attitude is essential for all roles, as is a flexible attitude to work.

Project Manager and Senior Designer

The successful candidate will provide oversee architectural work and project management support to our retail client portfolio. The candidate should have 5-10 years’ experience of pre and post contract elements including scoping, tendering, contract administration and on-site management of contractors and other consultants. Applications are encouraged from those with experience of working within the retail sector, including from an in-house background.

Architectural Technologist/REVIT Technician

This role forms part of a team delivering architectural and project management services for refurbishment projects primarily in the retail sector. Candidates will typically have 2 years post qualification experience and an interest in 3D modelling, Revit and BIM.

Building Surveyor

Finally we are also looking for a graduate Building Surveyor to work as part of a team delivering Building Surveying and project management services for projects primarily in the retail and multi-site sector. The candidate should be aspiring to be MRICS and committed to completing their APC.
