Acquisition surveys: national care provider

We work with a national group of nursery providers which leases properties across the UK.

The client has a strategy to grow the business, which includes buying other businesses, and opening new nurseries. To support them in this, we offer an acquisition service. When the client is acquiring a new business, we are able to visit the premises within 48 hours and carry out a full survey. This will include significant detail on the condition of the building, including scoping and costing any work that is likely to need doing to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to operate successfully. Where a property is already operating as a nursery this may require out of hours working. We then prepare a full acquisition report. This can aid negotiation when the client is agreeing terms with the landlord of the new premises. It also allows them to manage costs and business risks.
